All flight attendants are AED, CPR, and advanced first aid certified. Of all places I possible for a cardiac arrest to occur an airplane may be one of the better options because there’s always a AED on board, there’s a 96% chance a medical professional will be on board, and there’s basically a 100% chance you will get CPR right away because on every single commercial flight with more than 19 seats a flight attendant will be on board.
